Modern property, well-appointed and clean. Convenient location within walking distance to the main strip. Continental breakfast included and of good quality. Fully-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. Grocery store across the street. Parking available for an additional fee. Highly recommended residence.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of everything, with Cannes harbour, the train station, and all the main attractions just a stone's throw away. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with a kitchen, and the bathrooms are clean and crisp. The friendly staff provides great service, offering helpful advice and accommodating early check-ins. Plus, you can enjoy a delicious continental breakfast for a small fee. , don't forget to check out the nearby supermarket for your convenience.
Some rooms may have a slight smell and are in need of minor repairs, but overall, it doesn't take away from the pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent as it was very close to everything - not far from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short walk to Cannes city centre. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and we were impressed with the facilities provided. The underground parking was a bonus, although a bit expensive. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the free beach towels provided.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms equipped with a large bed and small kitchen. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the promenade.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to the beach and a convenient supermarket nearby. We also appreciated the good parking area, although it's advisable to reserve in advance. The lady at the front desk was very nice and patient. The hotel was clean and well-maintained overall, with an excellent front desk staff were really nice to assist us. Despite some drawbacks, we would definitely consider staying here again.
